Innate Healthcare Institute is seeking a skilled and compassionate NMD/NP/MD/DO with expertise in treating children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disorders using regenerative medicine approaches like UC-MSCs, exosomes, and integrative medicine approaches. Job Title: Physician - Specializing in Autism/Developmental Disorders (NMD/MD/DO/NP)
Physician Responsibilities:
Utilize your knowledge and experience in naturopathic and functional medicine to develop comprehensive treatment plans for children with Autism.
Administer and oversee UC-MSC therapy and monitor its effectiveness in improving the symptoms and quality of life of patients.
Conduct thorough assessments of each child's medical history, environmental factors, and genetic predispositions to identify underlying contributors to their condition.
Offer integrative approaches that include but are not limited to gut health optimization, evaluation and mitigation of environmental toxins, dietary interventions, and natural medicines.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
Educate patients and their families on the principles of UC-MSC, exosomes, naturopathic medicine, functional medicine, and the importance of a holistic lifestyle to support their child's well-being.
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of regenerative medicine for Autism treatments and integrative medicine.
Physician Qualifications:
Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine or equivalent from an accredited institution/MD/DO with training in Functional Medicine.
Specialization or significant experience in treating children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using UC-MSCs and integrative medicine approaches. Must be familiar with UC-MSC for Autism or be able to adapt and immerse yourself in learning about UC-MSCs for Autism. We already have a full patient load with many more scheduled treatments so this would need to be done ASAP. Priority will be given to those with knowledge and experience in using UC-MSC for Autism.
Knowledge of and experience with integrative therapies such as FRAT testing and interventions, gut health optimization, environmental toxin evaluation, dietary interventions, and natural medicines.
Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills to assess each child's unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and their families, and effectively communicate complex medical concepts in an understandable manner.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest research and advancements in the field.
Willing to become Board Certified in Regenerative Medicine.

Physician Compensation:
Avg $120,000k + depending on experience, plus bonuses. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. Final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
